Ann Lisk, the NTF-Jacksonville Foster Caregiver whose exemplary service was highlighted in EmpNet’s 5/4/17 post, received the Foster Parent of the Year award at Florida Coalition for Children’s Annual Conference last week. NTF-Baltimore’s Foster Parent Appreciation Luncheon was held on Friday, July 21. Caregivers and staff were treated to lunch as they cruised Baltimore’s inner harbor. Joining them, in the pink shirt, back row, was a former foster youth.
