NTF is introducing a new employee recognition program to celebrate outstanding staff work. “Leading by Example” will consist of two components:
- Quarterly recognition for individuals who: perform above and beyond their job description; promote positive morale; put forth effort to improve self as well as develop and recognize others; exhibit initiative and creativity; and, promote NTF’s mission and brand.
- Length of service recognition in five-year intervals.
To kick off the program, quarterly recognition nominations will start this month. There are no forms to fill out, just a descriptive email to Reggie Williams, VP of Human Resources. For further information, please refer to Reggie Williams’s Thursday, March 2, 2017 email. All nominations must be submitted by close of business March 24.
An Employee Recognition Committee with representatives from across the agency will review all nominations and select each quarter’s award recipient. Volunteers are needed; if interested, please contact Mr. Williams.
